Passport requirements continue for those with student, work or residence permits. 18 years old Minor passengers cannot travel abroad with their ID cards without a notarized consent form from their parents who will not be traveling with them when leaving their country of citizenship.

If they are travelling with someone other than their mother and father or alone, consent from both parents is required. If the child is under the custody of a legal representative, a notarised or officially approved consent form stating the representative's permission is required.18 years old Parental permission and consent are not required when minors travel with their passports.
